Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities:

• handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system

• assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment of merchandise
• build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance repeat business

Requirements:

• previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role preferred
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
• flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
