Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understanding customers' needs and recommending products or services accordingly.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Monitoring and replenishing stock on the sales floor.
• Participating in inventory management and stocktaking activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
