Job Description
The Retail Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and profitability in retail stores. They will oversee the implementation of strategies to improve sales, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Train and motivate store managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Conduct regular store visits to assess customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
