Retail Banking Officer

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Banking Officer to provide financial services and support to clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, promoting banking products, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, and investment plans.
• Provide financial advice to customers based on their needs.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulations, and security procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
• Support branch operations and participate in sales initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking products and financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
