Retail Banking Officer

As a Retail Banking Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting various banking products and services to retail customers. You will assist customers with their financial needs, including opening accounts, processing transactions, and offering personalized banking solutions. Your strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and ability to build relationships will contribute to the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service, addressing retail customers' inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist customers in opening new accounts, including checking, savings, and investment accounts.
• Process various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services, such as credit cards, loans, and insurance.
• Assess customer needs and offer personalized banking solutions based on their financial goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, establishing trust and loyalty.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements in all customer interactions.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and changes in banking regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and processes.
