Retail Banking Executive - Credit Cards

The Retail Banking Executive – Credit Cards is responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers while ensuring a high level of customer service. This role involves identifying customer needs, explaining credit card benefits, and processing applications efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and knowledge of banking regulations and financial products.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell credit card products to individual and corporate clients.

• Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

• Explain credit card features, benefits, and terms to customers, ensuring clarity and transparency.

• Assist customers in completing applications and verifying required documents.

• Conduct credit assessments and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.

• Follow up with customers regarding application status and address any inquiries.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the credit card portfolio.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry best practices.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data security, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in retail banking, credit card sales, or financial services.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of credit card products, banking regulations, and financial services.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales goals.

• Proficiency in CRM software and banking applications.

• Strong customer service skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.

• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
