Retail Banking Executive - Credit Cards

Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell the bank’s credit card products to individual customers through various channels including in-branch, outdoor, and tele-sales

• Identify customer needs through consultations and recommend the most suitable credit card options

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines

• Assist customers with application processes, providing accurate information and collecting necessary documentation

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals

• Stay updated on the latest credit card offerings, features, promotions, and market trends to better inform customers

• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and sales drives organized by the bank

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activity for reporting and follow-up

Requirements:

• Prior experience in banking or financial services, preferably in credit card sales or retail banking

• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach

• Good understanding of banking regulations and financial products, particularly credit cards

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment

• Professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
