Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking auto loans, providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service.

- Engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and provide them with suitable loan options.

- Assess and evaluate loan applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information is provided.

- Conduct thorough credit and risk assessments to determine loan eligibility.

- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Maintain and update customer information and loan files accurately and in a timely manner.

- Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships and other referral sources to drive business growth.

- Stay updated on industry trends and new loan products to provide customers with the most current and relevant information.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on auto loans.

- Strong understanding of finance and auto loan processes and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
