Job Description

As a Residences Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized assistance to residents in a residential building or community. Your primary role will be to greet and assist residents and guests, handle inquiries and requests, and ensure a seamless living experience for all. You will also be the main point of contact for various service providers, assisting in coordinating maintenance and housekeeping services, and managing reservations and appointments. Additionally, you will maintain the security and safety of the premises, monitor building access, and assist in enforcing community rules and regulations. A successful candidate for this position will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and customer-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and bookings for services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby or reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages for residents.
  • Monitor and control access to the building or residential area.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for residents' units.
  • Organize and oversee social events and programs for residents.
  • Provide information on local amenities, services, and events.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed and report any suspicious activities.
  • Maintain records of resident interactions and activities for reporting purposes.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
