As a Residences Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized assistance to residents in a residential building or community. Your primary role will be to greet and assist residents and guests, handle inquiries and requests, and ensure a seamless living experience for all. You will also be the main point of contact for various service providers, assisting in coordinating maintenance and housekeeping services, and managing reservations and appointments. Additionally, you will maintain the security and safety of the premises, monitor building access, and assist in enforcing community rules and regulations. A successful candidate for this position will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and customer-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field is preferred.
