Reservations Agent - Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Reservations Agent who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will handle guest reservations, inquiries, and special requests, ensuring a seamless booking experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Communicate with guests in Arabic and English, ensuring clear and professional assistance.
• Provide guests with accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and promotions.
• Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
• Work closely with the front desk, sales, and operations teams to coordinate bookings.
• Maintain up-to-date records of guest reservations in the system.
• Offer personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or call centers is preferred.
• Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or other PMS software) is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
