Research And Analytics Manager
Job Description: The Research And Analytics Manager is responsible for overseeing the research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry data to support strategic decision-making. They will also develop and maintain the analytics framework, including reporting tools and dashboards, to track key performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving business performance
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in research and analytics
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in research and analytics
- Proficient in statistical analysis tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
