Job Description

The Research & Analytics Manager is responsible for overseeing and conducting research projects, analyzing data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. They manage a team of researchers and analysts, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate and actionable information. The Research & Analytics Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and design methodologies.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the research and analytics team in executing projects and delivering high-quality results.
  • Plan, design, and implement research studies to address business challenges.
  • Analyze complex data sets using statistical tools and techniques.
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate research findings and insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their research needs and provide recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain research databases and repositories.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in research methodologies.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their research and analytical skills.
  • Ensure compliance with research ethics and data privacy regulations.
  • Continuously improve research processes and methodologies.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, R, or SAS.
  • Excellent data interpretation and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
