Rental Car Sales Manager

The Rental Car Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of a car rental company, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and efficient fleet management. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and an in-depth understanding of the car rental industry.

Responsibilities:

• develop and execute sales strategies to increase rental car bookings and revenue

• manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing training and performance evaluations

• build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners

• analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to optimize rental offerings

• oversee the rental fleet, ensuring availability and proper vehicle maintenance

• negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term business

• monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales performance

• implement customer service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention

• collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and offers

• ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

• bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered

• proven experience in car rental sales or automotive sales management

• strong leadership and team management skills

• excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities

• knowledge of fleet management and car rental operations

• ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making

• proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus

• valid UAE driving license preferred
