Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective customer acquisition strategies.

Conduct outbound calls and meetings with potential clients to explain credit card benefits and features.

Familiarity with banking or financial services products is an advantage.

Any Bachelor’s degree (Final Certificate is mandatory).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer acquisition and retention rates. Customer satisfaction scores. Accuracy in application processing and compliance adherence.

Fixed salary between AED 2,000 and AED 4,000 per month.
