Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Officer at GEIB Loyalty Cards Services LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, handling financial transactions, communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Business Relationship Management and Communication skills
- Finance and Sales skills
- Customer Service expertise
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
