Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to promote long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction. You will be the key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing them with personalized service and solutions. Your role will involve addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth communication channel between the company and its clients. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to relationship building. A background in sales or customer service is preferred for this role.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the existing client base and work on expanding the company's portfolio.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to clients on new services or offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities in the industry.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using a CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets by effectively managing client relationships and exploring growth opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the finance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
