The Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves understanding client needs, providing personalized service, and addressing any concerns or issues. The Relationship Manager serves as a liaison between clients and internal teams to coordinate and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions
  • Conducting regular check-ins and providing proactive customer service
  • Resolving client issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
