Job Description
As a Relationship Manager in the Banking industry, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will provide financial advice, recommend banking products and services, and help clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Provide financial advice and recommend banking products
- Generate new business opportunities
- Stay updated on banking products, services, and industry trends.
- Conduct financial reviews and make suitable recommendations.
- Monitor clients' accounts and provide proactive support.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and banking policies.
- Analyze client financial profiles and recommend appropriate solutions
- Stay updated on banking products and services
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Previous experience in banking or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus
