Job Description

The Regional Operations Executive - Hotels is responsible for overseeing and supporting the operational performance of multiple hotel properties within a defined UAE region. This role ensures that each location maintains consistent service excellence, profitability, and compliance with brand standards. Working closely with general managers, corporate teams, and service providers, the executive plays a strategic role in streamlining processes, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency across the region.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the operational performance of hotels in the region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and hospitality standards.

  • Supporting hotel general managers in the implementation of standard operating procedures and brand guidelines.

  • Conducting regular site visits and audits to assess service quality, housekeeping, food and beverage operations, and facility maintenance.

  • Analyzing KPIs such as occupancy rates, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction scores to develop actionable insights.

  • Collaborating with finance, HR, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and operational consistency.

  • Coordinating with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure cost-effective resource management across all properties.

  • Leading regional initiatives aimed at staff development, training, and performance improvement.

  • Ensuring all hotels comply with UAE hospitality regulations, health and safety laws, and environmental standards.

  • Addressing operational challenges and providing hands-on support to properties during peak seasons or major events.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-property or regional leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market, service trends, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven ability to manage large teams and coordinate across departments and hotel locations.

  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS), budgeting, and performance analysis tools.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to influence diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region to provide on-site operational support.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
