Job Description

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans tailored to specific regional markets to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role demands a deep understanding of local market dynamics, customer behavior, and cultural nuances. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives within the assigned region.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to understand local customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities.

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and PR.

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to support new product launches and promotions.

  • Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

  • Localize global marketing content to ensure cultural and regional relevance.

  • Build relationships with local agencies, media, and partners to enhance campaign execution.

  • Represent the marketing function in regional leadership meetings and provide strategic input.

  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines across all channels.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in regional or international marketing roles, ideally in FMCG, tech, or retail.

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.

  • Multilingual abilities or regional language proficiency is a plus.

  • High level of creativity, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
