Regional Controller

As a Regional Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our regional offices and ensuring that financial processes are in line with company standards and regulations. You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with other members of the finance team to drive business growth and maintain financial integrity. This is a critical role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who is results-driven, detail-oriented, and has excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the financial operations of our regional offices, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional teams and provide financial guidance and support

- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving opportunities and business growth strategies

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis

- Monitor and manage cash flow and work closely with the accounting team to oversee accounts payable and receivable processes

- Develop and implement internal controls to minimize risk and maintain financial integrity

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a regional or multi-office environment

- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

- Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
