Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, source candidates through various channels, and manage the entire recruitment process to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Research and implement innovative sourcing techniques to reach a diverse candidate pool.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Administer assessments or tests as needed to evaluate specific skills.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide interview guidance and support to both candidates and interviewers.
  • Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates to inform hiring decisions.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback and updates on their application status.
  • Build and nurture candidate relationships for potential future opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
