Recruitment Officer

As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be tasked with developing effective recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conducting background checks, reference checks, and verifying employment eligibility.
• Extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or HR role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
