Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment and a proven track record of identifying and onboarding top talent.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce needs and requirements.
  • Establish clear and measurable recruitment KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, including recruiters and coordinators.
  • Delegate responsibilities and set performance targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, including utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Evaluate and select recruitment tools and technologies to enhance the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the organization professionally and ethically in all interactions with candidates.
  • Gather and analyze candidate feedback to improve the recruitment process.
  • Enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and industry groups.
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports for senior management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruitment needs.
