Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in the UAE. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will be skilled at sourcing top talent, building strong client relationships, and matching candidates to the right opportunities to drive client success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions across industries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job brief to offer negotiation.

• Post job advertisements and actively source candidates using various platforms.

• Maintain candidate databases and manage job portals efficiently.

• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.

• Advise clients and candidates on market conditions and salary benchmarks.

• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.

• Coordinate interview processes and provide feedback to all parties.

• Attend networking events and build a strong talent and client network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing consultancy.

• Proven track record in placing candidates and meeting placement targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.

• High energy, target-driven, and result-oriented.
