Recruiter (Russian speaker)

The Recruiter (Russian Speaker) is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions. They work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and conduct interviews. They also handle candidate screening, coordination of interviews, and offer negotiations. As a Russian speaker, they assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates who can speak Russian fluently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Assist in crafting job descriptions and job postings.
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
• Maintain candidate database and applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on Russian-speaking candidates.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
