Job Description

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This role requires strong communication skills and an in-depth understanding of recruitment strategies, particularly in the Middle East region.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing techniques, including job boards, networking, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment support.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best hiring practices, especially in the Middle East.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the Middle East region.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
