Job Description

We are seeking a well-presented and highly organized receptionist to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will be responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and welcoming experience. Your role will also include administrative support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day office functions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and can multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner and guide them to the appropriate personnel or meeting area

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing accurate information or assistance when required

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries in a timely and organized manner

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and ensure reception supplies are stocked

  • Schedule appointments and meetings as directed, and maintain calendars for relevant team members

  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, document formatting, and file management

  • Assist in handling client inquiries, complaints, or requests, and escalate when appropriate

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and prompt communication


Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a professional office setting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, with attention to detail in everyday tasks

  • Proficiency in using office equipment including phones, printers, and basic computer software

  • Comfortable with scheduling tools and basic data entry in spreadsheets or CRM systems

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or in a high-traffic reception area

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in administration is a plus
