Job Description: Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant 

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and contribute to an efficient and productive work environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong multitasking abilities, exceptional communication and skills, and experience in administrative support to ensure a positive experience for all who interact with the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and visitors.
  • Manage and coordinate appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality.
  • Expert ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced professional setting, guaranteeing that deadlines are fulfilled.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills, as well as the ability to establish and foster connections with suppliers.

  • Excellent proficiency in English and communication skills.

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
