        Order Processing & Support: Assist customers with orders, refunds, exchanges, and tracking deliveries, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.

        Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues to improve service and identify common trends.

        Customer Retention: Foster strong relationships with customers by following up on their concerns, offering loyalty programs, and enhancing their overall experience.

        Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, technical support, and management to ensure seamless customer service operations.

        Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

        Adherence to Policies: Follow company guidelines and service standards while ensuring compliance with customer service policies and procedures.
