Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills to greet guests, answer phone calls, and provide information to visitors. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized reception area, handling incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed. The Receptionist should be courteous, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite are preferred. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Provide basic information to visitors and employees.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and events as needed.
