Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibility will be greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. In addition, you will assist with administrative tasks such as managing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office or front desk.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for employees and clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed, such as checking visitor identification and issuing visitor passes.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
