The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and representing our company in a positive and welcoming manner. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. The Receptionist will also assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and performing administrative tasks as needed. Excellent communication skills, a polite and courteous demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a similar position and proficiency in office software programs are preferred.   • High school diploma or equivalent
