Job Summary:


We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team at La Ramada Hospitality. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greeting Visitors:


Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

Phone and Email Management:


Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to callers.

Manage and respond to emails promptly.


  • Administrative Support:


Assist with various administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and scheduling meetings.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.


  • Customer Service:


Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.

Provide information about La Ramada Hospitality's services and offerings.

Coordination:


Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.

Assist in organizing company events and activities.


  • Record Keeping:


Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitors and client interactions.

Manage appointments and keep track of schedules.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.


Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with standard office hours.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events.
  • Office environment with regular interaction with clients and staff.
