Job Description

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of real estate agents and driving sales growth. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, set sales goals, develop new business opportunities, and provide guidance and support to team members.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of real estate agents
  • Set and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Train and motivate team members
  • Build and maintain client relationships

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
