Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing strategies.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of current real estate trends.
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate closing processes.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the real estate transaction.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, other agents, and industry professionals.
- Attend property viewings and inspections with potential buyers and renters.
- Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Stay informed about local and national real estate regulations and laws.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development.

- Real estate license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred especially here in Dubai
