Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant specializing in the secondary market to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, particularly in the secondary (resale) segment. This role requires a proactive individual who can deliver excellent customer service, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets consistently.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:

o Act as the main point of contact for clients interested in buying or selling properties in the secondary market.

o Provide professional advice and guidance on market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and financing options.

o Manage client relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

2. Sales and Marketing:

o Identify potential buyers and sellers through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.

o List properties for sale and promote them through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.

o Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions to ensure a smooth closing process.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

o Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on current market trends, competitors, and new developments.

o Analyze property listings and historical data to provide accurate pricing recommendations to clients.

4. Administrative Duties:

o Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to property transactions, contracts, and agreements.

o Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and appraisals as required.

5. Compliance and Ethics:

o Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions.

o Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.


Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the Dubai real estate market, with a focus on the secondary market (resale).

• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
