Job Description
We are registered and working on off plan projects of largest developers of UAE such as Emaar, Meraas, Dubai Properties, Nakheel, Nshama, DAMAC, Majid Al Futtaim. As a Real Estate Broker, you will play a pivotal role in connecting buyers and sellers in the real estate market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying potential clients and building relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
- Listing properties for sale or rent through various channels and ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions.
- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Providing guidance and advice to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
Requirements
- Must have at least one (1) year working experience in Sales (Real Estate Experience is advantage)
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Any nationality
- Commission based
- Available to join immediately
