Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated, self-driven, and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our fast-growing team at MBF Real Estate. As a commission-based role, you will have the opportunity to shape your success and earn unlimited commissions based on your performance. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assisting buyers and sellers, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities:

    Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.
    Provide market insights and advice to clients on the best investment opportunities.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
    Attend property viewings and negotiate deals to secure sales.
    Stay up to date with market trends and property values to provide the best service to clients.
    Handle paperwork and ensure all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
    Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, insights, and strategies to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

    Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not required.
    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
    A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
    Fluency in English and/or Arabic is required; additional languages are a plus.
