Real Estate Agent

The Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance on market conditions and investment opportunities. Based in the UAE’s dynamic real estate sector, this role demands strong sales acumen, networking ability, and an understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing the property market.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients in the purchase, sale, and lease of residential and commercial properties.

• Conducting property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures with professionalism.

• Keeping up-to-date with property listings, pricing trends, and market analysis.

• Generating leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.

• Guiding clients through property registration, legal documentation, and financial processes.

• Building long-term relationships with landlords, developers, and investors.

• Ensuring all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and DLD requirements.

• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and property portfolios.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a real estate agent in the UAE.

• Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification.

• Excellent knowledge of the local property market and real estate procedures.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

• Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage.
