Real Estate Agent

The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, while delivering excellent customer service throughout the transaction process. This role requires a deep understanding of local property markets, effective communication skills, and the ability to negotiate deals that meet clients' needs. The agent will guide clients through property listings, viewings, pricing, and paperwork, ensuring a smooth and professional real estate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties

• Conduct market research to identify current property trends and values

• Arrange and conduct property viewings and open houses

• Advise clients on pricing strategies and property staging

• Prepare and review real estate documents including contracts and agreements

• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to reach mutually acceptable terms

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws and local market conditions

• Promote properties through advertisements, listings, and social media platforms

• Build and maintain a network of clients, developers, and other real estate professionals

• Provide guidance and support throughout the transaction process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role
