Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the local real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings, open houses, and market tours for potential buyers.
• Provide market insights and guidance to clients on pricing, trends, and property conditions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and lease terms on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and present competitive market analysis (CMA) reports.
• Manage real estate transactions, including documentation and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Stay updated on market trends, zoning regulations, and financing options.
• Utilize digital marketing and social media to promote property listings.
• Collaborate with mortgage brokers, attorneys, and other professionals involved in the transaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role.
• Valid real estate license (as required by local regulations).
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and real estate laws.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online listing platforms.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
