About the Role:
As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and achieving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting potential clients into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
* Prospect for new clients and build strong relationships with existing ones
* Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities
* Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients
* Negotiate deals and close sales
* Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
* Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
* Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Self-motivated and results-oriented
* Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
* Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
