Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement

   • Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants.
   • Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.

2. Property Management

   • Assist clients in property showings and provide detailed property information.
   • Create marketing materials and online property listings to promote properties effectively.
   • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and comparable property sales.

3. Negotiation and Contracts

   • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable terms.
   • Prepare and review necessary documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements.

4. Market Research

   • Analyze local market conditions to identify competitive pricing strategies.
   • Stay informed about zoning laws, property taxes, and other regulations.

5. Administrative Duties

   • Manage and update client databases and CRM systems.
   • Maintain clear and organized records of transactions and communications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• A valid real estate license (state-specific requirements apply).
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
