Key Responsibilities

- Building and nurturing client relationships. 

- Providing expert advice on buying, selling, or renting properties. 

- Staying updated on Dubai real estate trends and legal procedures. 

- Conducting property viewings and showcasing properties to clients. 

- Negotiating sales and rental agreements to close deals successfully. 

- Actively sourcing leads through networking and referrals. 

Qualifications

- Self-motivated and driven individuals. 

- Real estate experience, especially in the UAE (preferred). 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with real estate CRM software. 

- Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus). 

- Valid UAE driving license and vehicle access (preferred). 

- RERA certification or equivalent (support provided if needed).
