Quality Controller - Healthcare

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Controller – Healthcare to ensure that all clinical and administrative processes comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. This role involves conducting audits, monitoring service delivery, and implementing quality improvement plans to enhance patient safety and satisfaction across healthcare operations. Strong analytical, documentation, and regulatory knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality audits and inspections in clinical and non-clinical areas.

• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.

• Identify gaps in quality systems and recommend corrective actions.

• Coordinate with department heads to implement quality improvement initiatives.

• Analyze incident reports and patient feedback to identify trends.

• Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.

• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

• Provide training on quality standards and procedures.

• Support accreditation and licensing processes.

• Maintain quality metrics dashboards and track KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of quality control experience in a healthcare setting.

• Strong knowledge of JCIA, DOH, or MOH regulations.

• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and audit tools.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
