Quality Control Inspector

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality of products produced by the company meet established standards and specifications. They will conduct thorough inspections of both raw materials and finished goods to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials and components
• Conduct in-process inspections during manufacturing
• Perform final inspections on finished products
• Record and document inspection results and maintain accurate quality control records.
• Identify and report any quality issues or deviations from specifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related problems.
• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions to prevent quality problems.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures and guidelines.
• Document and report any quality issues or non-conformities
• Recommend corrective actions to address quality issues
• Assist in root cause analysis of quality problems

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a quality control role
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in inspections
• Good communication skills to report findings and recommendations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Quality control certification is a plus
