QC Inspector Electrical

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QC Inspector – Electrical to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating electrical installations, systems, and equipment in various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections on electrical installations, wiring, panels, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards (IEC, NEC), and safety regulations.
• Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Identify non-conformities, document findings, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Monitor electrical work progress and ensure adherence to approved procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports, test records, and documentation.
• Conduct site audits and risk assessments to improve quality and safety standards.
• Assist in client and third-party inspections when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical quality control inspections, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards .
• Experience in using electrical testing instruments such as megger, multimeter, and earth resistance testers.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in QA/QC (such as ISO 9001, NDT, or related certifications) is an advantage.
