QC Inspector - Civil

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector - Civil to oversee quality control procedures for construction projects. This role involves ensuring that all civil works comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• inspect construction materials, workmanship, and procedures to ensure compliance with project standards

• review and interpret drawings, specifications, and quality control plans

• conduct regular site inspections and report non-conformities

• coordinate with contractors and engineers to resolve quality-related issues

• maintain documentation and records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions

• ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• assist in audits and inspections by regulatory bodies

• conduct material testing and review test reports for approval

• provide recommendations for process improvements and defect prevention

• ensure all quality assurance procedures are followed throughout project execution

Requirements:

• diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field

• at least 3-5 years of experience in quality control for civil construction projects

• strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards

• familiarity with industry codes such as ISO, ASTM, and BS standards

• ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• excellent problem-solving and report-writing skills
